Meanwhile, JUNKIE XL is currently in the studio working on his next project, composing the score for the summer 2009 feature film
Bandslam, written and directed by Todd Graff. The film—centered on a high school outcast and a popular girl who form an unlikely bond through their shared love of music—stars Alyson Michakla, Vanessa Hudgens, and newcomer Gaelen Connell, along with a cameo from David Bowie. He also continues to lend his creative juices to the video game world as an exclusive remixer for Electronic Arts' remix album for their
