Energetic talent and grace like hers are rare in any profession. Match it with a keen instinct for electronic music, edgy personal style and a playful personality to arrive at one of today’s most gifted new stars. AUDREY NAPOLEON is simply electric. While working at Hollywood hot-spot Geisha House, she discovered her passion for DJing. From there came producing original tracks, two national residencies in Los Angeles (Avalon, Music Box) and continual invitations to play parties throughout Europe. AUDREY NAPOLEON made her global debut in December 2011 in Heineken®’s “Sunrise Belongs To Moderate Drinkers” international campaign, an 85-second film that has received almost 3 million views on YouTube set to her original production “#mysunrise,” now available through Beatport. Today, AUDREY NAPOLEON’s sought-after music style reveals roots that are deep, dark, anthemic and techno based. Her buoyant signature sound, which she describes as a dark romance, and her lively stage presence is what sets AUDREY apart when spinning at top clubs around the world and sharing the stage with an array of massive talent from techno legend Richie Hawtin, deadmau5, Wolfgang Gartner and Nic Fanciulli to Umek, Joris Voorn, Simian Mobile Disco, M.A.N.D.Y. and more. To fully experience AUDREY’s production work, check out her singles like “Bird Lynch,” featuring Penny and “Everybody Has The Right,” her recent collaboration with D. Ramirez on Toolroom Records, or her current free downloads “Foxy Boxy,” “Banana Soda Es Muy Loca” and “Bitchy Queen.” Look for more exciting things for the AUDREY NAPOLEON takeover in 2012.

Hailing from Israel via London, BORGORE—bass culture’s enfant terrible—has returned to terrorize speakers and stages yet again with a new release and tour. The man who claims he “ruined dubstep” comes to Miami in support of FLEX, his fifth EP of original material out now on his own Buygore label. The 4-song EP represents the latest salvo in the 24-year-old producer/songwriter/DJ’s rapid ascent and proves BORGORE’s most ambitious effort yet. “Kiss My Lips”—a monstrous collaboration with Dev, the dance-music siren behind hits for Far East Movement and David Guetta—is already spawning dancefloor mayhem. The EP also includes three versions of the title track: a pounding dubstep version; a hip-hop flavored take influenced by the “trap music” of Waka Flocka Flame and Lex Luger which prove BORGORE’s hardest, raunchiest beats yet; and a version remixed by Document One. BORGORE’s propulsive, interactive live shows have turned him into one of electronic music’s most popular, controversial figures. His trademark combination of bass-in-your-face frenzy and pole-dancer grinding typically climaxes with a cavalcade of bare breasts onstage and him crowd surfing over furious mosh pits; expect this latest jaunt to be BORGORE’s most wild escapade yet.

After the success of his #1 U.K. album Ready for the Weekend, CALVIN HARRIS is taking over U.S. radio with his single “Feels So Close,” which hit #46 on the Billboard Hot 100 and #22 on the Billboard Pop Songs charts and has over 218,000 downloads to date. “Feel So Close,” spotlighting vocals by CALVIN himself, is indie meets dance while having the usual catchy hit factor of a CALVIN HARRIS single with an anthemic euphoria in its feel-good chorus and echoing guitars and drums. Currently in rotation at MTV, MTV Hits and mtvU, the track’s official video—shot beautifully by Vincent Haycock who also lensed the clip for previous single “Bounce”—is a rollercoaster of happy emotions and has garnered over 40 million YouTube views. Watch the video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XkzsaPM5Pp4&ob. Remixes come courtesy of Nero, Benny Benassi and Dillon Francis and are available via Ultra Music as part of the “Feels So Close” single package.

One of the hottest names in dubstep today, DATSIK has teamed with Steve Aoki’s Dim Mak Records for his debut artist album VITAMIN D. Set for release on April 10, just before his appearance at Coachella, it will feature his freshest instrumentals and collaborations with the likes of Jonathan Davis of KORN, Infected Mushroom and Z-Trip. The album’s latest single, “Evilution,” out now exclusively on iTunes with release at all other retailers March 13, features Korn frontman Jonathan Davis, along with Israeli psy-trance duo Infected Mushroom. The album’s first offering, “Fully Blown” with fellow Canadian artist rapper Snak The Ripper, is available now. DATSIK (Troy Beetles) has been taking the dubstep scene by storm, blowing up dance floors around the globe with his original style of hip-hop, future-tech bangers. In 2011, DATSIK was one of the featured artists on the inaugural IDentity Tour, the first-ever touring electronic-ONLY music festival that visited major outdoor amphitheatres throughout North America, and supported KORN on their “Path Of Totality” tour as well as produced selections on their hard rock-and-dubstep-fusing The Path Of Totality album. In addition, he was also one of the headlining dubstep acts at this year’s Stereosonic festival in Australia. With multiple anthems under his belt, countless plays from some of the biggest DJs and an endless perseverance to reach that next step, it’s safe to say that DATSIK has proven himself to be one of the best dubstep artists around.

Los Angeles producer and DJ DESTRUCTO has cultivated an incendiary live set that merges heavy metal bombast and propulsive, potent techno. It’s unlike anything out there, and he takes it into the studio for TECHNOLOGY, his five-song debut EP due out April 9 on Boys Noize’s emerging talent brand BNR TRAX. Just check out “LA Funky” (as featured in the epic HOLY SHIP! short film) right now on www.holyship.com. Like its namesake, the track seamlessly melds the techno sounds of Detroit, Chicago, Berlin and Ibiza into one perfect year-round dance party. The EP’s title track, “Technology” is the calling card of DESTRUCTO’s globe-trotting live performances and drawing on the groove/build/explode dynamic he developed in his national tours with Crystal Castles and Rusko, it’s no wonder “Technology” has been in heavy rotation on Sirius XM and found its way into Boys Noize’s and A-Trak‘s festival sets.

Fifties rock ‘n’ roll and bass-heavy club music aren’t two genres you’d typically put together, but in the mind of DROP THE LIME, they’re a perfect combination. As a founding member of NYC’s notorious Trouble & Bass party crew, DROP THE LIME’s productions push the boundaries of electronic dance music by combining his two passions: classic rockabilly and rock ‘n’ roll and bass-pumping dance music. On the decks he creates a new sound that blends vintage rock with electronic music, all the while holding down his signature New York bass style. His full-length debut album ENTER THE NIGHT will be released in July via Ultra Music.

STEVE AOKI—who is appearing in Miami in support of his debut album WONDERLAND—broke bands such as Bloc Party, The Bloody Beetroots, Klaxons and The Gossip through deftly marketed single and full-length releases on his Dim Mak label, which he began in 1996 and now has over 250 releases. AOKI’s become a force of nature who has helped turn underground house, electro and harder-edged EDM with rap and rock leanings into the phenomena it is today: regularly pulling in 150,000+ fans at events such as Las Vegas’ Electric Daisy Carnival and the debut of the IDentity national electronic touring festival. Now, AOKI is in the midst of the next stage of his incredible music career with his first proper full-length release WONDERLAND, which hit #9 on the iTunes Overall Album Chart upon its exclusive release with the digital retailer and also made its debut at Billboard at #54 on the Top 200 Album Chart and #6 on the Dance/Electronic Album Chart. Out now via New York-based Ultra Music in conjunction with his own label Dim Mak Records, he brings a lifetime’s worth of passion for bands, DJs and artists of all stripes he has met and/or worked with over the past two decades to the forefront. He teamed with friends Travis Barker, LMFAO, Lovefoxxx of CSS and Lil Jon & Chiddy Bang, just to name a few. The album’s first single “Earthquakey People” featuring Rivers Cuomo of Weezer resonated big time with rock, pop and dance fans, shooting straight to the upper echelons of Beatport’s electro house charts as soon as it was released. Also out now is “Ladi Dadi” featuring Wynter Gordon.
