Packed with a range of DJ bag essentials from original  vocal tunes and hands-in-the-air anthems to instantly recognizable (but retooled) classics and deep club tracks, SERGE DEVANT’s appropriately titled second album REWIND—out now on Ultra Music—takes a trip back in time to those wild nights of his youth, and the sounds that made them come alive.  One of these tracks is the NYC-based DJ/producer’s take on New Order’s 80’s gem “True Faith,” which will be his next single due out May 15.

“True Faith” is the third single from REWIND, following DEVANT’s cover of Finley Quaye and William Orbit’s “Dice” and original production “On Your Own” featuring Coyle Girelli.  “True Faith” will contain the original mix of the song, a radio edit and remixes from Starkillers as well as Paul Thomas and Luke Marsh.

As a lifelong New Order fan, DEVANT pays tribute to one of his biggest musical influences with his take on “True Faith.” Featuring anthemic house beats and club-ready breaks, the track breathes new life to the 80’s classic and is sure to become a summer hit across the global dance music world, all the while remaining true to the original. British house DJs/producers Paul Thomas & Luke Marsh team up for a high-energy remix packed with heavy builds, while Las Vegas’ own Starkillers reworks “True Faith” into a house epic guaranteed to drive dancefloors across the world into a frenzy.

REWIND, the follow-up to DEVANT’s debut album Wanderer, also contains “You & Me” and “When You Came Along,” as well as a cover of KLF’s “3AM Eternal” and instrumentals “Xylo” and “African Fever.”
