tonight kicked off their five-city
U.S.
club tour with a special free open rehearsal for their hometown fans.
The 75-minute set--which included tracks “Rooster,” “Man In The
Box” and “Would?”--at the Moore Theatre featured guest appearances from
Kim Thayil (Soundgarden), Chris DeGarmo (Queensr˙che), Ann Wilson (Heart) and
Duff McKagan (Velvet Revolver). ALICE
IN CHAINS--JERRY CANTRELL, SEAN KINNEY, MIKE INEZ and WILLIAM DUVALL(who will
handle lead vocals for the group)--will next hit the stage at the Roxy Theatre
in Los Angeles On Thursday (May 18) before continuing with the U.S. club
dates: San Diego, House of Blues,
May 19; Chicago, May 21; Boston, Avalon Ballroom, May 22 and New York, Bowery
Ballroom, May 23. Following the
U.S. dates, the band will head overseas for a series of club dates and
festival appearances.
