            With summer around the corner, the tenth annual VANS WARPED TOUR ®--America’s longest-running touring festival--is gearing up for a discounted Internet pre-sale for this year’s trek.  Beginning Tuesday, February 10 at 6:00 PM EST/3:00 PM PST, pre-sale tickets will be available for purchase at www.warpedtour.com.

            Some of the bands confirmed for this year’s summer trek which kicks off June 25 include: Bad Religion, Good Charlotte, NOFX, Thursday, New Found Glory, Simple Plan, The Vandals, Taking Back Sunday, Lars Frederiksen and the Bastards, Story Of The Year, International Noise Conspiracy, Coheed and Cambria, Bouncing Souls, Flogging Molly, Atmosphere, Anti-Flag, Rise Against, The Casualties and Yellowcard.  A full line-up follows below.

The tour has again partnered with Musictoday and Fanscape, the official marketing company of Vans Warped Tour, to offer discounted presale tickets.  In order to purchase pre-sale tickets, fans simply log on to www.warpedtour.com and join the tour’s mailing list. Beginning February 9, everyone on the VANS WARPED TOUR email list will get a password emailed to them so they can access the ticketing page.  Each ticket purchased via the Internet pre-sale will be accompanied by a copy of the Vans Warped Tour double-CD compilation on SideOneDummy Records featuring bands from the 2003 tour. 

            Internet pre-sale tickets are only $23.74, which includes $19.99 for a ticket, $3.50 for this year’s Vans Warped Tour compilation CD, a $3.50 convenience fee and 25 cents to be contributed to Hollywood Heart.*  After the limited presale tickets are sold out or when tickets officially go on sale in a market, the early-bird special will expire and tickets will return to their regular price of approximately $25.00, plus applicable Ticketmaster charges.

            In other news, the VANS WARPED TOUR has partnered with Fuse--the nation’s only all-music, viewer-influenced television network--to help promote this year’s trek.  Fuse has signed on to the VANS WARPED TOUR as the exclusive national broadcast partner and presenter.  The foundation of the Fuse agreement is to break the traditional rules of branding by creating unique strategic partnerships that support all initiatives of established and emerging bands.  Fuse, now available in more than 35 million households, is the new music television destination.  The VANS WARPED TOUR and Fuse partnership was initiated, developed and negotiated by leading music marketing company, Fanscape. 

Fuse will support the tour with on-air programming tie-ins featuring tour promotional spots and tour date announcements, kicking off its broadcast partnership by officially unveiling the festival’s roster of acts on IMX: Interactive Music Xchange, during the live daily telecast.  Fuse will also develop weekly programming tied around VANS WARPED TOUR headlining artists throughout the tour.  The partnership will culminate with a two-hour 10^th Anniversary VANS WARPED TOUR concert special which will air exclusively on Fuse in September.
