RUSH CONCERT; FIRST NIGHT SOLD OUT;

AEG LIVE and NOKIA THEATRE L.A. LIVE are excited to announce–due to overwhelming fan demand–a second night with iconic rock band RUSH. Tickets for the Thursday, May 8 concert will go on sale this Saturday, March 1 at 10:00AM and will be available via www.ticketmaster.com. The Tuesday, May 6 RUSH concert is sold out.
RUSH will be supporting the release of their forthcoming album, Snakes & Arrows Live (Anthem/Atlantic). The 2-CD live set, available April 8th, was recorded during the band’s lengthy 2007 world tour which celebrated Snakes & Arrows, their most recent studio album and first collection of new material in nearly five years. The set bowed at #3 on the Billboard charts upon its release last spring, plus its first single, “Far Cry,” was the #1 most-added song at rock radio and hit the Top 10 on the rock radio charts. Since releasing its self-titled debut in 1974, Rush has been universally regarded as one of the most innovating and exciting groups in rock. The band’s extraordinary body of work, which includes such acclaimed albums as 2112, Moving Pictures, Roll The Bones, Vapor Trails and more, has achieved worldwide sales exceeding 35 million units.

Attending live entertainment is a whole new experience when visiting NOKIA Theatre L.A. LIVE in downtown Los Angeles.
