The “5 1/2 Weeks Tour” is being sponsored by MP3.COM and Best Buy.
Fans who visit alanisandtori.com–the official “5 1/2 Weeks Tour” site–will be able to stream rare or unreleased music from ALANIS and TORI and get more information on the trek, including exclusive chats, tour diaries, live music from the tour and behind-the-scenes snapshots.
“This is an exciting experiment in the ways technology and music fans are intersecting,” said Scott Welch, ALANIS‘ manager at Atlas/Third Rail Entertainment. “As a result, it’s bringing music fans closer to the artists and strengthening that bond.” TORI‘s manager Arthur Spivak noted, “We’re pleasantly surprised by the strong reaction from the fans and are excited to be part of this unprecedented alignment between MP3.COM and our artists.”
