Danish artist/producer GALIMATIAS and American singer/songwriter ALINA BARAZ are a pair of emerging musicians who have created a collection of sensual songs causing a major sensation in the underground by collectively garnering more than 30 million SoundCloud plays. Leading into the release of Urban Flora, their new EP due out May 19 on Ultra Music, the two come forward today (April 23) with a brand new track, “Can I.” Their embracing collaboration made its premiere on TheFader.com, with Zara Golden (4/23/17) describing it as “…a gentle wash of coos and sultry sonics that is ever so often stirred by heavier drums and a looping vocal sample that goes ‘undress you, undress you’.”

Beyond “Can I,” Urban Flora will also feature their track “Fantasy,” which since its release in the fall of 2014, still holds as a Spotify top Viral 50 track and boasts over 10.7 million plays on SoundCloud. It has been supported by a wide range of blogs such as 2 Dope Boyz, Complex, DJBooth.net, Hype Machine, KCRW, KickKickSnare, Salicious Sound, The Fader, The Music Ninja and many more, heralding them for their silky-smooth production and sultry vocals.
