But music fans won’t have much longer to wait to see how the band–vocalist RICHARD PATRICK, formerly of Filter; guitarist DEAN DELEO and bassist ROBERT DELEO, ex-Stone Temple Pilots; and drummer RAY LUZIER–looks when the video for the album’s first single “Goodbye” debuts October 3 on Yahoo Music. Directed by Scott Speer, the video features ARMY OF ANYONE giving an electrifying performance. It was shot in Los Angeles where music fans turned out en masse via an Internet outreach to experience this new musical collaboration.
The hard rocking and melodically expansive “Goodbye” is already #20 on the Active Chart with airplay on nearly 100 stations with more then 5 million impressions across the country and the track will be available on iTunes beginning October 17. On October 4, the band will head out on an East Coast radio promo tour kicking off in Miami and running through the November 14 release of their self-titled debut album.
ARMY OF ANYONE was recorded at The Village studios in Santa Monica with producer Bob Ezrin (Pink Floyd, KISS, Jane’s Addiction). The album overflows with passion and excitement, exhibiting a quartet of experienced musicians who are starting again and rediscovering the joy of music in its purest form.
