 Photo credit is: Joshua Shultz Today August 25, SHAUN FRANK–who has quickly made a name for himself through his #1 collaborations with top producers Steve Aoki, Oliver Heldens and KSHMR, among others–announces “The Getaway Tour.” His international trek launches Thursday, September 1 at the famed Red Rocks Amphitheatre with headliners The Chainsmokers. Other highlights of the world tour spanning across Asia, India, Canada, and the U.S., includes performances at ELECTRIC ZOO and stops in major markets like Los Angeles and San Francisco before wrapping in Boston. In conjunction with the tour’s launch, FRANK will release his debut single “Let You Get Away (ft.) Ashe,” out September 16 on Spinnin’ Records. The song is an anger-fueled, dance-floor ready banger describing a one-sided relationship and featuring a rich vocal performance by up-and-comer Ashe. Currently SHAUN FRANK is celebrating the #1 Billboard Hot 100 success of The Chainsmokers’ “Closer” featuring Halsey which he co-wrote. Look for a remix from him to come soon.
The Toronto-based producer and songwriter puts quality music above all else. “My focus has always been writing memorable melodies, timeless lyrics and putting as much energy and passion as I can behind the production,” FRANK says outlining his artistic intentions. Other notable collabs from him this year include “La La Land” with DVBBS and “Dope Girlz” with Steve Aoki from his critically heralded 4OKI EP.
