BAND SET TO RELEASE SELF-TITLED DEBUT SEPTEMBER 16
Southern California’s LEVEL are set to make their national television debut with their first single “Living Inside Of Me” September 18 on The Orlando Jones Show, which airs nightly on the F/X Network.
LEVEL are known for their ferocious live shows, and during the band’s intense performance on The Orlando Jones Show, LEVEL frontman BOBBY REEVES fractured his foot in two places. The injury didn’t stop the band from playing to a packed crowd at Hollywood’s Club Lingerie later that night.
LEVEL–BOBBY REEVES (lead vocals), CHRISTOPHER WIGHT (vocals), ED FARIS (guitar), ALLEY USELESS (bass), NICCO VILLALOBOS (drums), and DJ PRIMER (turntables)–are preparing to release their self-titled debut album September 16 on Z Records (distributed by Sony). LEVEL’s bracing self-produced album features 13 tracks ranging from the lilting acoustic track “Surrounded” to “Supa Hero,” which shifts seamlessly from its tempestuous opening lines to a tranquilizing groove to a driving chorus and back again. Equally at ease with the pulsing flow of “Living Inside Of Me,” the frantic “A.T.V.” and the hypnotic “Wandering Star,” LEVEL find the melodic match for even their most pummeling riffs.
Stay tuned for fall tour dates to be announced soon.
