DRIVE A CONTINUE TO BUILD MOMENTUM

They’re called DRIVE A, their average age is only 16, and their live shows have already won praise from Don Henley, Tommy Lee and Dave Navarro (see below).

These four young Los Angeles-based musicians combine an irresistible modern edge with a classic rock vibe on their just completed full-length (release date TBA), recorded with Grammy Award-winning producer Julian Raymond (The Dandy Warhols, Cheap Trick). When asked about their goals for the album, the bands states simply and assertively, “We’re gonna rule the world!”

Kicking off the year with a number of Los Angeles-area shows, DRIVE A–Bruno Mascolo (vocals, lead guitar), Jason Nott (rhythm guitar, vocals), Ashton Moio (bass) and Terry Stirling, Jr. (drums)–continue to elevate their live show. Coming off a performance this past weekend at the NASCAR race in Fontana, CA, they’re set for three showcases at SXSW this March including a return performance at Blender House. This will be followed by a slots at Edgefest in Texas and the massive Rock On the Range festival at Columbus Crew Stadium in Columbus, Ohio (May 17 and 18), where DRIVE A will be playing alongside some of rock’s biggest and best, including a reunited Stone Temple Pilots.
