Armed with killer punk rock hooks, fierce vocals and raw, rock n’ roll gutter-snarl, DRIVE A turned heads with their 2009 debut album LOSS OF DESIRE (Adrenaline/Dead Conflict). The Los Angeles foursome have amped things up further with a limited edition three-song bonus disc–featuring covers of The Clash’s “White Riot” and The Buzzcocks “What Do I Get” as well as a live version of album track “Are You Blind?”–currently bundled with copies of LOSS OF DESIRE exclusively at FYE stores nationwide. Now wrapping a national tour opening for The Used, DRIVE A has announced a six-week spring tour playing with Finnish rock band HIM. Kicking off in Philadelphia, PA on Friday, March 26 at the Theatre of the Living Arts, the tour wraps around the U.S. and Canada before concluding in New York, NY on Friday, May 7 at The Fillmore at Irving Plaza.

Having previously toured with the likes of The Used, Alkaline Trio, Four Year Strong and Set Your Goals, DRIVE A have brought the pure, raw energy of LOSS OF DESIRE to countless stages across the U.S and internationally. “Touring is the life’s blood of this band,” says lead singer/guitarist Bruno Mascolo. “Recording and everything else is cool but we are a live band and that is the best way to experience DRIVE A.”
