EVERCLEAR
#1 MOST ADDED AT FIVE DIFFERENT RADIO FORMATS
WITH TWO DIFFERENT SONGS;
'AM RADIO' AND 'WHEN IT ALL GOES WRONG AGAIN'
GAINING MASSIVE NATIONWIDE AIRPLAY
Even though they titled their new single "When It All Goes Wrong Again," the guys in EVERCLEAR are having spectacular multi-format success with two vastly different songs.
The brash "When It All Goes Wrong Again" is the #1 most added track on Alternative, Active Rock and Rock stations this week, airing on over 230 stations. The song-which they'll perform Friday, November 17 on the "Late Show With David Letterman"–is from SONGS FROM AN AMERICAN MOVIE, VOL. TWO: GOOD TIME FOR A BAD ATTITUDE (Capitol), in stores November 21. Meanwhile, the group's other current radio hit, "AM Radio"–the second single from their July 11 release SONGS FROM AN AMERICAN MOVIE, VOL. ONE: LEARNING HOW TO SMILE–was the #1 most added at Modern AC this week. Last week, the pop-textured "AM Radio" was #1 most added at Top 40 radio. The multi-platinum rock group have successfully defied industry practices by releasing two distinctly different albums in four months' time: the more lush, pop-oriented LEARNING HOW TO SMILE (which is about to be certified platinum) and the guitar-driven GOOD TIME FOR A BAD ATTITUDE.
