STREET SCENE 2006
ANNOUNCES PRELIMINARY DAY-BY-DAY LINE-UP;
SINGLE DAY TICKETS NOW AVAILABLE
This year’s STREET SCENE is set for Friday, August 4 and Saturday, August 5 and will be headlined by Kanye West (Friday) and Tool (Saturday). More than 50 internationally acclaimed artists will perform on six stages in a massive 2.5 million square foot area outside Qualcomm Stadium. The latest additions to the line-up include She Wants Revenge, Nine Black Alps, Karsh Kale, Reeve Oliver and Mew. Doors open at 3:00 PM for the annual San Diego festival with music getting underway at 4:00 PM and continuing until 12 midnight on both days.
Additionally, single-day tickets are now on sale for $75. Two-day passes are still available for $115 for a limited time only, as the price will increase to $125 in the coming weeks. On-site parking passes will also be available for $15 per day. Tickets are available via the website (www.street-scene.com) or by phone at 877-840-0457.

SATURDAY AUGUST 5: Tool, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Snoop Dogg, Modest Mouse, My Chemical Romance, Sean Paul, Bloc Party, G Love & Special Sauce, Tricky, Donavan Frankenreiter, The Subways, The Editors, Ska Cubano, The Futureheads, Tapes n Tapes, Bedouin Soundclash, West Indian Girl, Karsh Kale, Margot & The Nuclear So & So's, Dirty on Purpose and Mew.
FRIDAY AND SATURDAY: The Mutaytor (a high energy post modern circus), Dragon House Drag Show (a flamboyant drag show), The Amazing Yard Dogs Road show (a mix of burlesque, vaudeville and theatre) which will make their debut along with the Lollipop Girls Burlesque show.
