Revolver, the world’s leading hard-rock and metal magazine, is bringing the REVOLVER GOLDEN GODS AWARD SHOW–the only hard-rock and heavy-metal award show in America–back for its third installment in 2011. Exciting show details including nominees, performing and attending artists, and date and location will be announced at this press conference.
The second annual REVOLVER GOLDEN GODS AWARD SHOW, in 2010, was the hard-rock event of the year. Co-hosted by pro-wrestling legend and Fozzy frontman Chris Jericho and rocker Andrew W.K., the show featured special appearances by Ozzy Osbourne; Slash; Dave Grohl; Rob Halford of Judas Priest; Lemmy Kilmister of Motörhead; Alice Cooper; Rob Zombie; Ronnie James Dio of Heaven & Hell and Dio; Marilyn Manson; Jerry Cantrell and Mike Inez of Alice in Chains; Jonathan Davis of Korn; Corey Taylor of Slipknot and Stone Sour; Chino Moreno and Abe Cunningham of Deftones; Dave Mustaine of Megadeth; Vinnie Paul of Pantera and Hellyeah; Zakk Wylde of Black Label Society; Kerry King, Jeff Hanneman, and Dave Lombardo of Slayer; Scott Ian of Anthrax; Chuck Billy and Eric Peterson of Testament; tattoo artist Kat Von D (L.A. Ink); actor Robert Englund (the original Freddy Krueger); actor Danny Trejo (Machete, Anaconda); Marc Colombo, Cory Procter, and Leonard Davis of the Dallas Cowboys; and many more.
