OFFERS FANS PRE-REGISTRATION FOR ADVANCE TICKETS

BEGINNING FRIDAY, MARCH 9, 2001 AT 10:00 AM LOCAL TIME FOR

"THE TOUR OF BROTHERLY LOVE"

THE BLACK CROWES, America's Most Rock 'n Roll, Rock 'n Roll Band, OASIS, England's Premiere Rock Band, and Ticketmaster have designed a custom online ticket promotion allowing The Black Crowes and Oasis fans easy ticket access prior to the public onsale date, for their upcoming U.S. tour, "The Tour Of Brotherly Love".

Fans may begin to register for the promotion at www.brotherlylove.ticketmaster.com on March 9th at 10:00 AM local time, to receive a special password that will allow them to purchase up to four tickets per show, in all price ranges, beginning on March 14th. The special promotion will run until 10:00 PM local time the night before the general on-sale date for each particular show. In addition, fans can look for details on the groups' respective websites, www.theblackcrowes.com and www.oasisinet.com.

"This promotion demonstrates the flexibility and power of the Ticketmaster system and our vast on and offline resources," said Terry Barnes, Co-Chairman of Ticketmaster. "We look forward to continuing to provide Ticketmaster consumers with unique promotions with bands such as The Black Crowes and Oasis."

The much-anticipated 16 date tour for THE BLACK CROWES and OASIS kicks off May 11 in Las Vegas and concludes June 11 in Boston, MA. The following is the current itinerary along with the on-sale and pre-sale dates that have been determined:
