THE PROM KINGS
WELCOME HOME MARINES
WITH SHOW AT TWENTYNINE PALMS
Southern California’s THE PROM KINGS recently made a special appearance at the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center in Twentynine Palms, California to welcome home the “Thundering Third”–3rd Battalion, 4th Marine Regiment–from Iraq. The battalion is the only Marine Corps ground force to have served three tours in Iraq. THE PROM KINGS performed songs from their self-titled debut album on Geffen/Universal-distributed Three Kings Records, including the current single “Bleeding.” While at the base, THE PROM KINGS had the opportunity to visit with troops and tour Twentynine Palms. The largest base in the Marine Corps, the 932-square mile Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center includes a full-scale replica of an Iraqi city for urban warfare training.
