ANNOUNCE LOS ANGELES RESIDENCY
AT RUBY TUESDAY’S AT THE KEY CLUB THROUGHOUT APRIL
APRIL 1, 8, 15, 22, 29
DRIVE A’s live show has won them praise from some of rocks big names including Don Henley, Tommy Lee and Dave Navarro. These four young Los Angeles-based musicians–whose average age is only 16 and name comes from 'driving the A chord' on a guitar–combine an irresistible modern edge with a classic rock vibe on their just completed full-length (release date TBA), recorded with Grammy Award-winning producer Julian Raymond (The Dandy Warhols, Cheap Trick) and mixed by Chris Lord-Alge. When asked about their goals for the album, the band— Bruno Mascolo (vocals, lead guitar), Jason Nott (rhythm guitar, vocals), Ashton Moio (bass) and Terry Stirling, Jr. (drums)–states simply and assertively, “We’re gonna rule the world!”
The LA rockers recently performed three shows during SXSW–receiving a mention in Daily Variety’s round-up. They’ll follow these Ruby Tuesday residency dates with slots at the Edgefest radio festival in TX and the massive Rock On the Range festival in May at Columbus Crew Stadium in Columbus, OH, alongside artists like Stone Temple Pilots.
Sponsored by Filter Magazine and Indie 103.1, Ruby Tuesday at the Key Club is an all-ages show.
