AUGUST 8, 9 AND 10 AT LIBERTY STATE PARK
Music fans headed to the first annual ALL POINTS WEST MUSIC & ARTS FESTIVAL (August 8, 9 and 10 at Liberty State Park in New Jersey) can plan their weekend in advance thanks to the early release of set times available via the website www.apwfestival.com/event/settimes. Radiohead (Friday and Saturday) and Jack Johnson (Sunday) will headline the three-day festival, which will feature more than 45 artists on three stages at the 80-acre historic location with panoramic views of the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island and the Manhattan skyline.
Single day tickets, three-day passes and ferry tickets are still available, as are a limited number of carpool packages for Friday and Sunday. Single day festival passes are $89 and three-day festival passes are $258 are available via www.ticketmaster.com only. Round trip ferry service is available between Pier 11 in Manhattan (Wall Street & FDR) and Liberty State Park. Ferry tickets are available for $25 in advance and $30 if purchased at the ferry box office on the day of the show. Ferry tickets are also available via www.Ticketmaster.com and individual tickets are required for each day since there are no 3-day ferry passes. Light rail service will also be available via NJ Transit/Hudson-Bergen Light Rail directly to the festival grounds. For more information, visit www.njtransit.com.
