Hailing from San Diego CA, Slightly Stoopid have been one of independent music's groundbreaking success stories over the past decade having sold over 700,000 units on their own record label, Stoopid Records. Slightly Stoopid's single "2am" has been a mainstay on the Alternative charts since its release in 2007, including top 5 status on Los Angeles' KROQ and San Diego's 91X for over two years. Their “Blazed & Confused Tour” this past summer was one of the most successful tours of 2009, selling out amphitheatres nationwide with co-headliner Snoop Dogg and special guest Stephen Marley.
With over 150 shows per year, Slightly Stoopid have consistently packed the most prestigious live music venues throughout the country and have been an annual favorite on the festival circuit with appearances at Coachella, Lollapalooza, Austin City Limits, Vegoose and Jazzfest. Most recently, the talented seven-piece music ensemble returned for an appearance at KROQ's Almost Acoustic Christmas after headlining High Times magazine’s prestigious Cannabis Cup in Amsterdam at Thanksgiving.
