DISAPPEARING ACT: RICH ROBINSON is offering a reward for the return of a guitar stolen backstage at THE BLACK CROWES' February 16 show at the Dews Hall Grand Center in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The missing instrument is a 1963 Fender Esquire (a white guitar with a rosewood neck) valued at $6,000 and it's a rare find he came across last year in Los Angeles. ROBINSON had been playing the guitar onstage every night and had been composing new songs on it. He was also looking forward to playing the guitar on the group's upcoming outdoor amphitheatre tour launching April 23 in Los Angeles. The trek is in connection with their BY YOUR SIDE album, which features the single and video "Only A Fool." Meanwhile, representatives for THE BLACK CROWES say that no questions will be asked with the return of the guitar.
